Well, Bailey's internet access crashed AGAIN... so she's down till we can bully ATT to get a tech to her house to fix this thing. It's their fault, they can fix it! So.... she will access emails & blog on a ljmited basis again for the unforeseen future.

In any event. I seriously hope that you are getting credit on your unused service. Silly to pay for something you aren't gettig especially when THEY told you that you had to disconnect for them to "do their thing".
Losers! That's what they are. Yet we are too because we don't have YOU online.

Switch to another service.
Demand a refund, cc'ing the CEO of the company and the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in the state where the company has their headquarters.
I guarantee, it will be fixed within a week of receiving the letter.
