Monday ... Again?

Oh Lawdy, it’s Monday again. Let’s see, this weekend’s movie was “Love Actually”, a movie that Bebo had seen but I hadn’t. Good movie. I hadn’t noticed before just how loverly Colin Firth is. I’ll have to catch some more of his movies. And the little boy who played Liam’s son is a cutie. Ahhhh, young love. Got me to thinking about my first crush – Chet – in the third grade. I don’t know what happened to him, but I’ll always remember him as the first guy to break my heart. How about you? Who was your first crush and do you still keep in contact with them (I do keep in contact with my second crush – Ben).

And yes folks, its NFL season. Cowboys play the New York Giants tonight, so we’ll see if this year is “the year” for the ‘boys. Other teams have had a look at Romo now – unlike when he took over the quarterback position last year – so it’s a whole new ball game this season.

I remember my first crush and being humiliated when he found out I had a crush on him. (Subtle I was NOT.) And no, I don't keep in contact with him. *g*
I know NOTHING about football. *G*

Have a fantastic week!

Yeah Cowboys!!

My first crush was David. He spent half of every school year here and half in his home state of Maine. I lost contact after his family stopped going back and forth.

Love Actually is my Christmas Eve movie. Although this year I might bump it for The Holiday. Or maybe, I might just make it a double feature. Hmm...

Is it wrong that I'm already planning for Christmas Eve??

I went to see 3:10 to Yuma. You can check out my review over at le blog (I'm practicing my french).

LOVE ACTUALLY is one of my favorites!

Hmm...first crush. That's going back awhile. I was a romantic from a very young age you see.

Does the 'bionic man' count? ;)

the 'Boys almost resembled a real football team. Towards the end of the game that "When are they gonna screw it up" feeling dissapted slightly . . .

Love Actually is a cute movie and I totally HEART Colin Firth--Valmont ahhhhhhhh....... Mr. Darcy double-ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

no contacts with my crushes (though I did run into the high school beau just prior to my DH--awkward!)

How 'bout them Cowboys!?

At least half of them. I feel pretty good knowing that Newman was out. I think Phillips has the right idea with being encouraging and not pointing fingers. It was the first game. The offense looks great, the defense not-so-great, but we're just getting started.

It was good to see us move the ball again. Looks like Romo just might be the real deal.

I started crushing young (in kindergarten) his name was Joshua and he had the cutest blue eyes and bowl hair cut (I was five, I didn't know any better lol) We moved just after I started first grade so haven't seen him since.

I liked Love Actually too. Usually watch it whenever they show it on TV.

I loooovvveee Love Actually. I think I like Liam's story line the best. But, Colin Firth's is good too. I can watch it anytime of year.

My first crush? I saw him at my 10 year class reunion (more than 10 years ago now). It was awkward. Why did I like him again?
