The Mamas and the Papas had that right. This is a kind of melancholy day for me. You see, today would have been my sweet Devlin’s fourth birthday. I still miss that silly little kitty, my baby. More than I’ve ever missed any other cat that I’ve lost.
Nothing much to blog about; it was a normally boring weekend. Next Saturday is the Yellow Rose meeting, so maybe I’ll have something interesting then. Or maybe not …. LOL

Of course you miss him more... you put so much of yourself / your heart into caring for him and literally keeping him alive. It just takes a chunk righ outa your heart to lose someone (people or animal) that you've put that much into.
