Talking Cats

I've seen this before, but not in this particular way. The original is just these two cats meowing at each other, but this is cuter. Watch, you'll love it.

Just heard that mystery writer (and daughter of President Harry S. Truman) Margaret Truman has passed away at the age of 83. Mom loved her books, and Bebo liked a few of them too.

Oh, and our winds are really high (up to 50 mph gusts) and my internet is in and out. Sheesh.

Oh, I LOVE THAT Youtube clip! *g* I read that Margaret Truman had passed today as well. She was one of the first mystery writers that I read when I was younger.
Sorry to hear about the winds. I think we're supposed to get them later tomorrow.
Have a good evening!

I loved it too.

The winds have given me a drippy nose and low-grade fever, so I'm going to sleep in tomorrow.

That was a good video. Thanks for sharing.

I read most of Margaret Truman Daniel books as well.

We're getting rain tomorow.

She was a good writer.

I think we're getting rain on Thursday.

My internet is still going off and on.

That was cute - wish it didn't take forever to download (sigh). We're getting winds too and it may be icy tomorrow morning - of course the only morning I have to leave the house early - figures lol.

I can't remember if I've read any of Margaret Truman's books or not. It's sad when an era ends, though.

jeanne - I hope your morning was safe. Not cold enough here for ice - it's 48 now.

But wasn't downloading it worth the wait? LOL

Tori - there are a lot of them and they're quite popular. Yes, the end of an era.

So THAT'S what my cats are thinking when they're licking each other - treats! Unfortunately it hardly ever works... *grin*

That is an awesome clip, Bailey. Thanks so much for posting it!

Yes, definitely worth it - I would watch more though in a tenth of the time lol. We were lucky - didn't get any snow or ice - just cold and 60 mph winds and again we were lucky and didn't lose our power like a lot of people.

Bailey Stewart said...

Yes Melissa M. that's what they're thinking LOL

You're welcome Melissa. I knew my "cat" people would love it.

Part of our city lost power yesterday because of the wind (including out other store). The wind isn't so bad today, 48 degree wind chill.

Cute video!

I don't think I've read any of Margaret Truman's work.

Feel better soon!

They're supposedly pretty good. Mother also liked the mysteries by Elliot Roosevelt, son of FDR, whose books had Eleanor Roosevelt as the "detective". Just thought I'd throw that into the children of presidents who wrote mysteries.

Hiya Bailey!

That's an adorable kitty clip.

I hadn't heard about Margaret Truman. She left some wonderful stories as her legacy.

We had extremely strong winds earlier this morning here in western PA too. It was awesome and powerful, but the stronger bursts were a little intimidating at times.

Have a wonderful Thursday!

Brilliant. And the one on the right is a dead spit for Tinker.

Today we've had rain, hail, snow, high wind, and glorious sunshine.

Bailey Stewart said...

I hope you had a good Thursday too Lee. And thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to stop by.

We had the strong winds again today.

Wow Diane, and I thought Texas weather was strange.
