It’s been a long time since I had a give-away that I thought it would be fun to do it again. This is the book that I bought at Michelle Mile’s book signing last Saturday. Yes, it is autographed. Here’s a little bit about the book from Amazon.com.
A Break in Time
The truth could set them free or tear them apart forever. Book 2 of the Adventures of Ransom and Fortune. At the mercy of a faulty time machine, Skye Ransom and Dane Fortune are forced to randomly leap through time on a wild, roller-coaster ride of danger as they try to get back to the 21st century. Each jump sends them farther away from home, but brings their hearts closer together in a bond that not even a time bender can sever. Getting back home may be the least of their worries. Warmed by Skye’s love, Dane’s soul struggles against that of the cold, unfeeling man he once was. Skye’s had enough of witnessing history first hand. Yet finally getting home could mean she’ll lose Dane forever. Worshipped by a jungle tribe, thwarted by a mad scientist, and captured by powerful Druids, Skye and Dane face the ultimate test of survival. Even if they get through it alive, will they be able to overcome their strongest enemy to date themselves? Warning: This title contains explicit sex and graphic language.
Yes, it’s book two. I have to admit that I didn’t know that and will have to look around for a copy of book one. Oh well. What do you have to do to win it? You have to tell me one little unusual thing about you, and then I’ll draw names. I’ll start just to make you feel better.
I love spaghetti!! But I tolerate hamburger pizza and hate lasagna. In fact, the only way I’ll eat lasagna is if it’s made with sausage.
Now it’s your turn. You have until 9:00 pm cst Thursday night. I’ll announce the winner Friday. Remember – it’s signed!!!!!

I don't like cooked fruit. That means any fruit that you cook including pies, applesauce, cobblers. I also won't eat chocolate covered fruits (even though they are not cooked).
I eat one type of food on my plate before moving onto something else. The only thing I don't do this with is bread for some reason.
Okay Dru, that is odd. LOL
Melissa - I used to do that. I also couldn't let one food touch another one.
Keep it up y'all! These are great.
I don't like the various foods on my plate to touch.
And have you noticed all our unusual quirks are food-related? LOL!
And my captcha word was "FIGSdcg"! ROFL!
I hate tomatoes and anything made from them including ketchup and sauce. I eat white pizza and pick the tomatoes out of all foods.
Oh Tori - that's hysterical!!
Um Susan? You're weird. :) But I do love alfredo pizza.
Just dropping in to say Hey! Of course, there's nothing weird about me, so I guess that leaves me out of this contest.... :P
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
Bebo, being self-delusional works too ...
You're out of the contest anyway ... you can read mine.
I carry a book with me where ever I go, sometimes just room to room, even if I don't have time to read it. *g*
That's not odd Brandy. Around this group it's normal ... LOL
With fast food burgers, I separate the patty from the bread and eat it separately. Oh, and the bun? I wrap french fries in each piece and eat that. Of course, I don't always do this....
Tomatoes make me throw up...
Okay Lexi - if you don't win the book, you at least win the weirdest food award. LOL
Thank you for sharing that Toni. Really.
Keeping on the food subject, I never could stand "bumpy" foods - tapioca or cottage cheese. I'm getting better though because now I'll eat strawberries lol. But give me escargot or liver and I'm happy!
This post has nothing to do with being weird... Sorry, but I totally got lost at the end of the book review... Right about the part where it stated that the book contains 'Explicate Sex'. Not Explicate Sexual Content… oh no, “EXPLICATE SEX”! Hmmm LOL Didn’t know a ‘book’ could offer that… maybe I should start reading again after all. Haha
Liver and escargot? Ewwwwwwwww. You like slime!!!! LOL
Swan!! Behave!!
You've just been reading the wrong books. And that's exactly what the back of the book says - I cut and pasted. Contains explicit sex and graphic language. So there!
And this wasn't supposed to be about food - it just turned out that way.
After all that talk about food and my discussing my weirdness, I had to to go to McD's for a cheeseburger today.
