That's the journey of a writer, long and winding. Ups and downs, rejections, joys, acceptance, laughter, tears, community, and yet a sense of loneliness. The road is bumpy, often full of potholes, and yet it's one we gladly follow, for we are writers and writing is a part of our soul. Join me on my journey.

Ignore Me
Don't read this. I have to update my photo and the only way I know to do that is to post the picture. I'm gradually getting close to my actual age. I'm around 35 in this photo, as opposed to 21 in the old one. Anyway, now it's posted ... hey! Why are you reading this, I told you not to. You see, that's the trouble, you just don't listen to me.

What? You post a pretty picture and we're not supposed to look?
Seriously. Say a prayer, or think good thoughts because Squeekie is missing.
Oh Brandy - No! How long? Poor baby, of course my thoughts are with you.
Yada Yada!
Just popped in over from Daisy's blog..now I have yada's on the brain....*grin*
I like the big pic better....Adore the hair!!!
Sqeakie is missing? Our big kitty? Oh NO!!!!
I can't tell my kids, they'd be curshed! I hope you find the big fluff soon!
Hard to ignore a pretty picture sitting at the bottom of my screen. I like the pic :D I'll have to show you the tensed up one of me from the wedding a few weeks ago. With the wind blowing my hair I look like cousin it *yikes*
But the pic is too big - won't save, so I'm going to have to figure something out.
That's a terrific picture. Hope you manage to do whatever it takes with it. I hate it when blogger gets all technical.
I used picasa when I shrunk my lilly. It worked great. Of course that was a year ago...do I remember exactly what I did? Nope. But picasa was the tool, I recollect that much at least.
FWIW - you can add the pic to an old post - and publish and pick up the code from that - if you don't want to put the pic front and center yet (you can even make a new post w/ and old date just for pic = that's what I do)
It's a lovely pic, Bailey. I love that smile.
Brandy - hope there's good news on Squeekie.
Not gonna happen - I sent the last two bits of evidence to Kate and Diane. Nothing left here.
I too think it's a great pic.
{{{hugs}}}Brandy.
I didn't read nuthin'! Honest!
oooooooooo look I'm firest!!!!!!
Thazza a nice picture!
Eve, check your email. I sent you some resized options.
I got it Michele.
You people really follow orders, don't you? *gg*
I have the evidence!
I also have a scanner...
and I think so does Diane...
(cackles evilly and ducks)
Loreth - she looks LOVELY in said evidence. Don't listen to any of her protests. :o)
You can be dealt with *gg*
Actually, you have the better of the two - not that I meant to send Diane a bad one, I just found that one later.
Well, Bailey, Jordan must have been reading my mind. I was just thinking that you haven't had a chance to write much if anything lately. I hope for your own satisfaction, if not for Jordan's or ours that you will be able to write at least a little bit each day. I hope you're a little more rested.
I love that picture of you. How old did you say you were there? 25? That sounds about right I'd say. It truly is a lovely picture and I now have more of an idea what you look like. I like the "21" picture but I have to get a magnifying glass to see your features. Good thing I don't have to put up *my* picture anywhere. I've never been photogenic.
Hope you find Sqeekie very soon, Brandy, or have already found him or her. I'll say a prayer for him. After all, God looks after each creature here on earth. So a prayer is never amiss.
Hugs to Brandy, hope Squeekie appears soon :(
It's a super photo, Bailey. All mine on my site are about 8 years old. LOL :o)
You people are really bad about following orders. LOL
